Late last week, Homepreneurs blog broke through the 50,000 visitor mark, as measured by WordPress statistics. I am thrilled this little project has helped many people and greatly appreciate the visits, support, and feedback from the readers.
During the run to 50,000, Homepreneurs has posted some 400+ articles, received over 800 comments, and consistently ranks high on Google’s search results using the search term: Homepreneurs. The best day for visitors was May 21, 2012 with 889 total visits. This blog has readers in at least 11 countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, and Ireland are the top 5.
Homepreneurs blog has over 100 followers, our Twitter page has over 22,000 followers, and we’ve established a presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. Though Homepreneurs has a presence on Pinterest, we’ve yet to explore and maximize its potential. Homepreneurs also had a wonderful opportunity to be on an Internet radio show – Beyond Blind Spots with Karyn Pettigrew and recently was profiled in a magazine article.
Homepreneurs is also very fortunate to partner with The Accountinator for expertise on accounting and financial matters. Thanks very much Mark, for providing the knowledge and experience I cannot. This blog also has several guest writers that add extra information and different points-of-view.

For those interested in starting a home business, Homepreneurs will continue to provide timely and helpful information and resources.
